Drove up from sunny Southsea through sun-blessed Hampshire but from Surrey onwards it’s been cloudy and there is a freezing wind blowing across the ground. Thank goodness I’m sharing a tent with KDJ and Kevin Hand! Bring blankets.

There was a real toss which Hampshire lost and Middx bat. The two ends are the Lake End and the Benham End (Benham? Chris?)
