(There is a wonderful version by just about my favourite singer, Sarah Vaughan)

Terry Crump has sent two reading links, worth a look. The first appears to accelerate the brave new world of international cricket – a scenario in which team loyalty comes a poor third to self interest. The second is entirely the opposite (NB Tennyson and Alec Johnson) – but rather far in the past. If we can remember and salute the soldiers on the Somme maybe, just maybe … ?

No I thought not.
