I’ve just received a copy of the fifty year history of Ashford Hill CC

A Hill Book

For a seaside lad like me, they are way up north, near the border somewhere I think. Bob will almost certainly have a pavilion photo. If anyone is interested in a copy please email Barry Monger:

AH78NO@BTINTERNET.COM

(I’m not completely sure about upper/lower case there)

Well done Barry and well done Ashford Hill CC – on to the century!

(Title? Canned Heat)

Yes.

ASHFORD HILL CC.
The Club was ‘revived’ in 1963. Large ‘Siamese-twin’ trees within the boundary have white lines on the trunks about six to eight feet above the ground, presumably a local rule for fours and sixes.

I was confident you’d know it Bob! Cheers
